BUBOO Shopping Terms

I. General Provisions

1. These shopping terms apply when purchasing from the BUBOO online store at buboo.eu.
2. BUBOO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The terms effective at the time of the order shall apply.
3. The buyer must read and agree to the shopping terms before placing an order. By checking "Agree", the client confirms full and unconditional agreement. A client who disagrees must not place an order. Placing an order means agreement to all terms.
4. BUBOO is not liable for losses caused by the client's failure to read or follow the terms and instructions.

II. Privacy Policy

1. To purchase goods, the customer must register by creating a username and password. Registration does not imply consent to marketing messages unless chosen otherwise.
2. Ordering requires personal data such as name, surname, address, phone number. These are used strictly for order fulfillment and shared only with delivery partners. In other cases – only as per Lithuanian law.
3. The customer is responsible for protecting login credentials and confirms they are of legal age.
4. The customer agrees that cookies may be stored on their device while browsing the store.
5. BUBOO uses modern technologies to protect customer data.

III. Ordering Terms

1. Items are selected on the website and added to the shopping cart.
2. The customer provides necessary delivery data, used solely for order fulfillment according to legal requirements.
3. The customer must choose a payment method (see section IV).
4. Before confirmation, the customer can review and correct their data. The order cannot be confirmed without accepting the terms.
5. An order is considered placed once received by BUBOO. The agreement becomes valid only after payment confirmation.
6. An order confirmation email is sent automatically.
7. A separate email is sent once the payment is confirmed.
8. Orders are stored according to Lithuanian and EU regulations.
9. Placing an order confirms full acceptance of the terms.

IV. Guarantees and Pricing

1. Product descriptions are provided with each item in the online store.
2. Actual product colors or shapes may differ due to screen settings.
3. The customer agrees to pay the final price indicated at checkout.
4. Prices are final and listed in EUR.
5. In case of discrepancies, the customer must contact info@buboo.eu immediately. BUBOO will resolve issues caused by itself or partners.
6. BUBOO obligations:
   • Deliver quality products as described.
   • Deliver the ordered quantity. Not responsible for customer entry errors.
   • Ensure correct product assortment.
   • Deliver all items of any bundled sets.
   • Properly package the products.

V. Payment Terms

1. Payment is made using one of the methods available on the website.
2. Payment must be made immediately. Order fulfillment begins only after payment is received.

VI. Return Policy

1. The customer may exchange or return products within 14 days due to issues with size, color, shape, or complexity.
2. Return conditions:
   • Items are unused;
   • Undamaged;
   • Fully functional;
   • In marketable condition;
   • Not among the non-returnable categories listed below.
3. Non-returnable items unless defective:
   • Watches and jewelry;
   • Perfumes and cosmetics;
   • Underwear and children's clothing.
4. To return an item, email info@buboo.eu. Each case is reviewed individually.
5. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

VII. Delivery

1. Products are delivered unless out of stock or force majeure applies. The customer will be informed.
2. Accurate delivery address and recipient must be provided in the order.
3. Delivery is carried out by the selected partner.
4. The customer or their designated recipient must receive the goods.
5. BUBOO is not liable if products are undelivered due to customer fault.
6. Contact info@buboo.eu if:
   • The shipment was not delivered;
   • Packaging is damaged;
   • The order is incorrect (quantity or content).
7. Report damaged shipments immediately.

VIII. Other Provisions

1. Contact is via info@buboo.eu or by phone.
2. Contracts are concluded in Lithuanian. Communication may be in Lithuanian or English.
3. The customer may cancel the contract within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and undamaged.
4. BUBOO will restore the pre-contractual situation within 21 days of receiving cancellation notice.
